A Woman Was At Home Waiting For Her Husband When An Intruder Broke In. He Didn’t Make It Far.

TULSA, OKLAHOMA — A 32-year-old man is recovering in the hospital after he was shot while attempting to break into a home Tuesday night.

A woman was waiting inside the home for her husband to return when the attempted break-in occurred. Once she realized that someone was trying to enter the home, she grabbed her gun and shot the man.

The suspect was hit and was found unconscious when police arrived to the scene.

Initial investigations seem to point to a clear-cut case of self-defense, and the woman is not likely to face any charges.
