[VIDEO] Rape Survivor Lets Maryland Lawmakers Have It Over Anti-Gun Law

A rape survivor states her case against Maryland’s current “may issue” status, letting everyone know how she feels about not being able to defend herself.

The entire speech is fantastic and is definitely worth the watch. The woman, Jacqueline Kahn, ends with this: “When I’m in my house, I’m allowed to protect myself. But walking along the sidewalk, I’m not. So you make me into a criminal. You force me to decide, do I want to be judged by 12 or carried by six.”
